Always passionate about creativity, Marie began her career at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Saint-Étienne. She quickly realized that this profession lacked the creativity she deeply aspired to.

 

Disoriented by this disillusionment, she decided to take a gap year to discover the world of craftsmanship. This year, rich in human and artistic experiences, allowed her to explore various professions: paper designer, cabinetmaker, luxury florist, leatherworker... Ultimately, she felt undeniably drawn to her first love, jewelry.

She enrolled at the École Boulle, where she obtained a CAP (vocational training certificate) in jewelry and gemstone art with honors in just one year. The following month, she launched her brand: Marie Pompougnac Bijoux.

She designs unique pieces in vermeil (18-carat gold-plated silver, 5 microns) or solid silver, set with precious stones (diamonds, sapphires, rubies, etc.) and enhanced with colored enamel. Each piece of jewelry is meticulously crafted by her skilled hands in her workshop in Île-de-France.
